Role & responsibilities

• Contracts & commercial management across both Civil and MEP works in high-rise residential & commercial projects.
• Tendering, BOQ, and QS rate analysis, comparatives, and techno-commercial negotiation.
• Contract law & conditions FIDIC/standard forms, risk allocation, variations, and claims.
• Claims, EOT & dispute resolution including delay analysis and arbitration support.
• Cost control & bill certification (RA bills, reconciliation, value engineering).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology for high-rise structures and MEP systems.
• MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP/contracts software (SAP or equivalent) proficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Timely award of Civil & MEP packages against procurement schedule.
• Cost savings achieved through negotiation and value engineering.
• Effective closure of variations, claims, and disputes.
• Accuracy and timeliness of bill certification and commercial MIS.
• Contract compliance and audit outcomes.
