AGM - Business Development

Job Objective:
Lead business development for the EPC business by driving revenue growth, order book, market expansion, strategic client relationships, bidding, negotiations, and successful project conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies for EPC projects to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, geographies, customer segments and strategic partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with government bodies, private clients, industry partners and key stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end bidding, techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
• Drive commercial negotiations, pricing, contract terms and closure of high-value EPC opportunities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Project Execution teams to assess project feasibility and ensure smooth handover.
• Monitor market trends, competition, policies and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry forums, conferences and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
• Track business development pipeline, order book, conversion ratios and revenue performance; provide MIS and business insights to senior management.
