Agile Team Facilator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Agile development teams in achieving project goals using Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop backlog items, and create user stories.
• Coach team members on best practices for iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and progress updates.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience as an Agile Facilitator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum Master principles and practices (Scrum).
• Experience with Kanban Cards creation and usage (Kanban).
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA/Confluence for tracking issues and managing workflows.
