Agile Project Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager (DWH) to lead and manage data-driven initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery involving data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data warehouse-related projects (DWH, data platforms, BI dashboards, data migration, analytics initiatives)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success metrics
• Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and business users
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively resolve them
• Coordinate with IT and business units to align data solutions with organizational priorities
• Drive Agile/Scrum or traditional project management methodologies as required
• Manage vendor relationships and external partners when applicable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data or analytics projects
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle, data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics
• Experience working with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure,

AWS , or GCP)

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data security best practices
• Experience in handling big data or data transformation initiatives
• Exposure to AI/ML projects is a plus
