Role & responsibilities

Delivery and Governance Setup

Define and implement the team structure, processes and tools to ensure cross-discipline/capability thinking, acceleration business and success.

Define and establish a governance model which empowers decentralized decision making, focuses on continuous value flow and measures on fact-based objectives

Establish key success parameters, define KPIs / OKRs and establish an outcome and value-based culture, encouraging experimentation and relentless improvement for constant innovation

Document project scope, deliverables. develop project plans with key milestones and Creation of WBS 

Adopt a metrics oriented and continuous improvement mindset

Key Skills

Engineering and Technology background with 10+ years of experience in Engineering heavy Agile Development projects with a deep understanding of lean agile techniques (e.g. User Stories, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.)

Expertise in Engineering delivery and core engineering concepts of agile delivery including but not limited to DevSecOps, Automation

At least 2 large successfully delivered technical programs with experience in software development and/or project management

Strong Data Aptitude

Hands on expertise with System Thinking
