We are seeking a n Agile Delivery Analyst to support our IT Solutions D elivery teams across Corporate Systems including CRM (Salesforce), Billing, Integrations, and ERP (D365) platforms. This role is focused on enabling team execution by supporting backlog management, sprint coordination, and day-to-day agile operations. Working closely with Business Analysts, technical teams, and leadership, this individual will help ensure work is clearly defined, properly prioritized, and moving efficiently through the delivery lifecycle.
This is a highly execution-driven role suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn agile delivery, enterprise systems, and quote-to-cash processes.
Essential Job Functions:
Create, update, and maintain Jira tickets based on input from Business Analysts and stakeholders
Ensure tickets include clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and proper prioritization
Monitor and manage incoming request queues to ensure timely triage and assignment
Support backlog grooming activities to ensure work is “ready” for development
Assist in sprint planning, ensuring tickets are well-defined and appropriately scoped
Track sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate when needed
Help ensure teams are aligned on priorities and delivery commitments
Support coordination across multiple delivery teams (Billing, CRM, ERP)
Facilitate or support daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Capture key notes, action items, and follow-ups from team ceremonies
Help remove blockers by coordinating across teams and stakeholders
Partner with BAs and technical leads to maintain delivery momentum
Monitor work queues and ensure timely movement of tasks across statuses
Maintain documentation, updates, and system inputs (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Track testing progress and assist with coordination of UAT activities
Support reporting on team progress, backlog health, and delivery metrics
Support Business Analysts in preparing for stakeholder meetings and demos
Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, and blockers
Assist team leads in coordinating work across initiatives
Ensure cross-team alignment in an integrated, multi-system environment
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, analyst, or delivery support role
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
Experience working with tools such as Jira or similar ticketing systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Salesforce, ERP (D365), and other corporate finance and CRM systems
Familiarity with backlog management or requirements documentation
Experience supporting agile teams or participating in ceremonies
Interest in revenue systems, quote-to-cash, or enterprise system delivery
Education and Experience:
1-3 years of experience
Preferred: Agile and/or scrum master Certification
