As an Agentic Solutions Engineer within the AI Platform team, your mission is to act as a bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and business implementation. You will lead the Agentic Bootstrap initiative, designed to empower project teams (including Flagship projects) to structure their requirements, define technical solutions, and successfully adopt our agentic frameworks.

Your goal is to accelerate the transition from conceptual AI ideas to robust, scalable, and production-ready agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Framework Evangelism: Communicate the capabilities, best practices, and roadmap of the Agentic Framework to diverse stakeholders across the CIB.
• Solution Guidance: Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to project teams during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with AI Platform standards.
• Continuous Evolution: Actively contribute to the evolution of the internal framework by gathering feedback from the field and implementing new features or optimizations.
  
  

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• LLM Proficiency: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven Implementation Experience: Demonstrated track record in deploying AI solutions, specifically using tools such as: GenAI frameworks (Google AI SDK, LangGraph)
• Fact MCP, STT
• Arize, Dynatrace
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Architectural Vision: Ability to design complex applications with a focus on scalable and robust AI architecture (Design Application).
