Eligible Locations: India + selected countries
Commitment: Full-time | 40 hours/week
PST Overlap: 4 hours/day

Rate: $280 per approved task

Key Requirements
. Ph.D., Postdoctoral, or equivalent research experience in Life Sciences
. Strong computational and scientific programming experience
. Strong proficiency in Python
. Experience with multi-step computational scientific analyses
. Experience working with scientific datasets and computational tools
. Ability to design and execute realistic scientific workflows
. Strong understanding of scientific validation, troubleshooting, and data-driven reasoning
Key Responsibilities
. Design challenging and realistic agentic scientific workflows
. Create tasks requiring multiple computational and scientific steps
. Develop scientific datasets, instructions, constraints, and expected deliverables
. Build reproducible solutions and verifiable ground truths
. Validate scientific assumptions, calculations, code, intermediate outputs, and final results
. Help evaluate AI agents performing authentic multi-step scientific work
