Job Description:-

• Agentic AI (hands-on build): LLM-based agents + RAG grounding + tool-calling + multi-agent orchestration
• Conversational AI: NLU + containment / deflection / disconnect / authentication-funnel metrics
• Contact Center domain: Contact Center Transformation + KPIs (AHT / FCR / NPS) + Workforce Management
• Platforms: Salesforce Service Cloud + Genesys / NICE / Amazon Connect + IVR / CTI
• Engagement leadership: End-to-end project delivery + client / stakeholder management + structured problem solving
  
  What You Must Have
  
  - At least MBA degree
  - At least 4 years of experience
  - Oral and written proficiency in English required
