Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager Agentic AI to lead the delivery of enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions from requirements and POC through MVP and production. The candidate should combine strong technical project management, customer management, software delivery, and Generative AI understanding. This is not a pure project coordination role; the candidate should be technically strong enough to work closely with architects and engineering teams and drive technical delivery. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI / GenAI projects. Drive projects from requirement POC MVP production. Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance. Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML, software engineering, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX. Work with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads on technical planning and architecture. Lead customer discussions, requirement workshops, project reviews, and POC demonstrations. Translate business requirements into actionable technical workstreams. Track project quality, delivery milestones, issues, and customer acceptance. Identify technical and delivery risks early and drive resolution. Support identification of new AI automation and digital transformation opportunities. Must-Have Skills 12+ years of overall IT/software experience Mandatory. Strong experience in technical project/delivery management. 2+ years of experience working with GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, or AI-enabled applications preferred. Good understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Experience managing projects from POC/MVP to production. Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional technical teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC. Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS/GCP. Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills. Good to Have Exposure to LangGraph, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms. Experience in enterprise automation, Maritime, Supply Chain or any other domain. Experience managing AI product development or digital transformation initiatives. Ideal Candidate A senior technical delivery professional who can understand the business problem, engage with AI/engineering teams, manage customer expectations, challenge technical decisions when required, and drive the solution successfully from POC to production.
