Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow orchestration, and decision-making across enterprise applications.

The role involves building scalable AI solutions using modern agentic frameworks, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, and delivering next-generation AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, memory management, and task execution.
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge systems.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party tools.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Large Language Models for business use cases.
• Design multi-agent architectures for complex workflows and business processes.
• Implement AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Cloud, and Engineering teams to deploy AI-powered applications.
• Build monitoring and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve agent performance.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
