Your work profile
Looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, Azure, Power Platform and Power Automate to design and build enterprise-grade AI agents and automated business solutions
Key skills required:
- Design, Architect, Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry.
- Develop agentic workflows with reasoning, tool/action invocation, human-in-the-loop and exception handling.
- Build Python/Azure-based services, APIs and custom tools for agents.
- Implement RAG, enterprise knowledge grounding and LLM-based solutions.
- Develop Power Automate workflows, Power Apps and Dataverse solutions as required.
- Integrate agents with APIs, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.
- Design custom connectors and integrations across Power Platform and Azure.
- Implement security, DLP, governance, guardrails and authentication for AI solutions.
- Experience in agentic observability, evaluation and human in the loop implementations
- Manage ALM, CI/CD and deployments using Azure DevOps.
- Own technical design, development, testing, monitoring and production support.

- Education - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience
