Agentic AI Or Generative AI- Engineer

Experience Requirements

We are seeking an Engineer with strong practical engineering experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI systems.

The candidate must demonstrate:

• Strong hands-on development experience with AI agents.
• Experience deploying and operating AI agents in production environments.
• Solid technical depth in Generative AI systems and LLM-based application development.
• Ability to independently contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support of AI solutions.
• Technical depth appropriate for an Engineer-level position.

Core Technical Requirements

Agentic AI

Strong hands-on experience:

• Developing AI agents.
• Integrating AI agents with applications, APIs, enterprise services, or data.
• Deploying AI agents into production environments.
• Building production-grade rather than purely conceptual, academic, or proof-of-concept solutions.

Generative AI

Practical expertise developing applications using LLMs such as:

• OpenAI GPT
• Google Gemini
• Llama or similar LLM technologies

Candidates should demonstrate actual implementation experience, rather than only familiarity with Generative AI terminology and concepts.

Engineering Foundations

Experience or understanding in:

• API-based architectures
• Distributed systems
• AI application architecture
• Production reliability
• Monitoring and telemetry
• Cloud-based AI/ML capabilities
• MLOps / production deployment practices
