MOI : Walk-in Must-Have**

• Design and implement agentic AI systems (tool-using agents, multi-step workflows, orchestration) and LLM services using Python and modern GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar).
• Own end-to-end delivery: PoC → productionization → ongoing support, including reliability, performance, and operational readiness.
• Build secure and scalable integrations with enterprise systems and APIs, enabling agents to take real actions under governed access controls.
• Define and enforce

non-functional requirements for agent services (security, scalability, latency, monitoring, observability, traceability, resilience).

• Partner with governance bodies and internal intake processes to ensure agent solutions follow established enterprise standards and approval flows.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/GenAI/Agentic AI and translate them into pragmatic, production-grade implementations.
