The Role Raffletech is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Agentic AI & Generative AI Engineer to join our technology team. This role will focus on designing and developing intelligent, user-facing AI solutions powered by generative AI, large language models, and multi-agent systems. This is a *remote position* and is *not an internship*. We are looking for experienced candidates only. Beginners, fresh graduates without relevant hands-on experience, or candidates looking for training opportunities should not apply. The successful candidate will build AI-enabled web applications, design and orchestrate interactions between specialised AI agents, and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and third-party systems. The role will also involve working with emerging protocols and frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication. Working closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, software engineers, business teams, and project stakeholders, you will develop adaptive and context-aware AI solutions that improve digital experiences, automate business workflows, and deliver measurable value to Raffletech and its clients. *Required Skills & Qualifications* •⁠ ⁠Proven experience building AI agents, automation systems, or production-level AI applications. •⁠ ⁠Strong experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript. •⁠ ⁠Hands-on knowledge of LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar models. •⁠ ⁠Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools. •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, backend integrations, and workflow orchestration. •⁠ ⁠Experience with vector databases and RAG workflows. •⁠ ⁠Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical AI solutions. •⁠ ⁠Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred. •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with AI safety, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails is a strong advantage. *Location:* Remote *Employment Type:* [Full-time / Part-time / Contract] *Experience Level:* Mid-level to Senior Interested candidates can apply by completing the application form carefully and submitting their CV and portfolio of AI/automation projects: [Add Application Link] to join our technology team.
