Agentic AI Engineer

Sails Software Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and software engineering principles. Roles and Responsibilities

•    Develop and integrate AI agents using modern LLM frameworks.
•    Build AI workflows leveraging agent orchestration platforms.
•    Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
•    Connect AI agents to enterprise systems through APIs.
•    Develop prompts, tools, and memory components for AI agents.
•    Participate in model evaluation, testing, and optimization.
•    Collaborate with senior engineers and solution architects.
•    Monitor agent performance, quality, and reliability.
•    Document technical designs and implementation details.
