Build and integrate AI agents using LLMs, NLP, OCR, and ML services to augment or replace rules-based automation.
Integrate AI agents and RPA workflows with enterprise applications via secure APIs and services.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into resilient AI-enabled automation solutions.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, scalability, and reliability, particularly within a financial services environment.
Contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
Document AI-agent architectures, automation flows, and operational runbooks to support long-term maintainability and reuse.
Act as a thought partner and subject-matter expert in Agentic AI and intelligent automation within delivery teams.
Key Qualifications and experience:
5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled solution delivery.
Working knowledge of UiPath and/or Blue Prism, including orchestration, reusable components, and enterprise automation practices.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven workflow orchestration.
Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, OCR, and AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise automation.
Experience building API-based integrations and system-to-system workflows.
Proficiency in Python and/or .NET for AI integration, automation extensibility, and orchestration logic.
Good-to-have skills: SQL Server, cloud-based AI services, automation analytics, and monitoring.
