Sails Software Inc. is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer II to build enterprise-grade agentic systems and AI solutions for clients. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AI agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations

Roles and Responsibilities

•    Design and implement scalable agentic AI solutions.
•    Develop multi-agent workflows for business process automation.
•    Lead implementation of RAG and knowledge retrieval systems.
•    Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and business systems.
•    Drive prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
•    Optimize latency, cost, and model performance.
•    Mentor junior engineers.
•    Participate in technical design reviews and solution architecture discussions.
•    Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
