About the Role We are looking for an experienced

Agentic AI Business Analyst to help design and deliver next-generation AI solutions for banks and financial institutions. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong business analysis capabilities with

hands-on experience in Agentic AI . Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and AI solution requirements.
• Understand client business processes and identify opportunities for transformation using Agentic AI.
• Work with business stakeholders to define AI use cases, agent workflows, decision logic, and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for AI and engineering teams.
• Create business process maps, user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, solution architects, product teams, and customer stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
• Stay current with emerging trends in Agentic AI and recommend innovative applications for enterprise customers. Required Qualifications
• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience working on Agentic AI projects is mandatory. Candidates should have been directly involved in defining, designing, implementing, or deploying AI agent-based solutions.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI orchestration frameworks, or intelligent automation.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
• Exposure to banking functions such as Payments, Lending, Customer Onboarding, Risk, Compliance, AML, Fraud, or Customer Service.
• Experience working with enterprise AI products or digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of AI agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, MCP, or AI workflow platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Additional Information
