Agentforce Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with Agentforce AI/Data cloud expertise to develop and support Salesforce solutions and AI-driven automation. Knowledge of CPQ is desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Agentforce AI agents, prompts, skills, and actions.
• Configure Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) for data integration, transformation, and AI use cases.
• Build integrations using APIs, connectors, and event streams.
• Develop and troubleshoot Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers, and integrations.
• Support testing, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation, and Agile delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and performance.

Qualifications

• 35 years of Salesforce development/configuration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and integrations.
• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, triggers, and Salesforce design patterns.
• Experience with Agentforce prompt engineering, skills, and actions.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications preferred.
• JavaScript Developer I or Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and Agile experience.
