Role Summary

Own the business side of Agentic AI initiatives from opportunity identification to adoption. Partner with engineers to design, build, evaluate, and deploy AI agents that deliver measurable business value. Responsible for value realization, process decomposition, backlog ownership, acceptance criteria, governance, and post-go-live adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities using operational data.
• Build business cases with quantified value and ROI.
• Break down business processes into agent-executable tasks.
• Own and maintain agent-ready backlogs and sprint priorities.
• Define acceptance criteria, golden datasets, evaluation metrics, and quality standards.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows, decision rights, and governance controls.
• Drive user adoption, training, and benefit realization after deployment.
• Measure and report business outcomes against approved value cases.

Required Skills

• Proven experience delivering Agentic AI / GenAI solutions in production.
• Strong process decomposition and workflow design skills.
• Experience creating business cases, ROI models, and value assessments.
• Knowledge of RAG, AI agents, tool calling, human-in-the-loop (HITL), evaluation frameworks, groundedness, and citations.
• Data-driven decision making and backlog ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business, technology, and finance teams.

Preferred

• Experience in Insurance, Benefits, Pensions, or HR Operations.
• Exposure to AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Background in process improvement, operations, or digital transformation.
