Responsibilities
- Monitor AI agent performance and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist in configuring and deploying AI agents for various use cases
- Help document agent behaviors and operational procedures
- Contribute to improving agent performance through feedback loops
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve agent operational issues
- Participate in user support related to AI agent interactions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
- Ability to work on-site in our collaborative office environment
- Experience: 0-1 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI systems or chatbots
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript)
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts
- Interest in AI safety and alignment
