Job Title : Associate Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM)

Job Summary: Responsible for recruiting, developing and activating insurance agents while achieving assigned business and recruitment targets. Build strong agent and customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance agents.
• Build and maintain a strong agent pipeline
• Train and support agents to improve performance
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business and recruitment targets
• Build strong relationships with agents and clients

Criteria

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in sales
• Age 20 to 40 years
• Good communication skills
• Strong sourcing, recruitment and relationship-management skills.
• Result oriented with sales/business development ability
• Good knowledge of the local market
