Agency Sales Manager

Role: Sales Manager Agency Channel – Life Insurance

• Recruit and onboard life insurance advisors/agents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents/advisors.
• Generate business through the agency channel.
• Train, motivate and activate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Drive new agent recruitment and business productivity.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with agents.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and recruitment targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the agency network.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance agency sales.
• Experience in agent recruitment, advisor development and agency channel preferred.
