Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and appoint new Life Insurance Agents.
• Build and maintain a strong agency network in the assigned territory.
• Train, coach and motivate agents to achieve business targets.
• Generate business through agents and drive sales of Life Insurance products.
• Develop relationships with existing agents and improve agent productivity.
• Conduct regular meetings, field visits and performance reviews with agents.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales, premium and recruitment targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the agency network.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Life Insurance Sales / Agency Channel / Agent Recruitment preferred.
