Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the Health Agency sales channel.
• Recruit, onboard and manage insurance agents/advisors.
• Drive business through the agency channel and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Generate new business and ensure business growth from existing agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
• Conduct regular field visits, sales meetings and agent engagement activities.
• Monitor team/agent productivity and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
• Provide product training and sales support to agents.
• Ensure proper follow-up, documentation and policy issuance.
• Focus on customer acquisition, retention and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Maintain regular MIS and sales reports.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience in General Insurance / Health Insurance / Life Insurance / Agency Sales preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Agency Channel / Advisor Handling / Insurance Sales will be preferred.
• Strong sales, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Should have good local market knowledge.
• Age should be below 38 years.
