• Role : Associate Recruitment & Development Manager
• CTC starting from 3.5 LPA for freshers + Additional Incentives
• The employee will be on payroll of Kotak Life
• Education Qualification: Graduate Mandatory ( Any field)
• Age : Less than 45
• Branch location : Dadar, Andheri, Malad, Borivali, Vasai

Job role:

• Recruit Life Advisors(Agents) under your team to achieve business targets
• Execution of Sales strategy to increase market reach and penetration
• Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
