Job Description: Agency Sales Leader (Agency Channel)

Role Overview: The Direct Sales Leader (DSL) is responsible for driving life insurance sales through Agency and Variable Channels, ensuring consistent business delivery, team effectiveness, and adherence to organizational processes.

Location: Panjim, Vasco, Mapusa & Madgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Drive life insurance sales across assigned channels (Agency/Variable).

• Achieve allocated sales targets and ensure business growth.
• Manage and supervise the sales team, ensuring productivity and performance.
• Maintain strong channel relationships and ensure effective onboarding of sales employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions where required.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in only Life Insurance Agency & Variable Channel.
• Overall minimum 5 years of Life Insurance Sales experience.

Education:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (PG) preferred.

Age:

• Up to 50 years.
