Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
• Generate business through the agency sales channel.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Support agents in lead generation, sales conversion, and policy issuance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
