Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Agency Sales Executives to join Bajaj Life Insurance across multiple locations in Gujarat.

The selected candidates will be responsible for recruiting and developing insurance agents/advisors and generating life insurance business through them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and support them in generating business.
• Generate sales of Life Insurance products through the agency channel.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective agents/customers and develop the business.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Train, motivate and guide agents to improve their productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with agents and prospective customers.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience is mandatory.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Candidates from any industry/domain with relevant Field Sales experience can apply.
• Life Insurance experience is NOT mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Real Estate, Automotive, Education, or other field-sales industries can be considered.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and regular local travel.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and convincing skills.
• Should be target-oriented and willing to work in a sales-driven environment.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of the local market and preferably be based in or around the respective location.
