Agency renewals

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact existing insurance customers and agency partners regarding policy renewals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal of insurance policies.
• Coordinate with agents, advisors, and internal teams to manage renewal requests.
• Explain policy renewal terms, premiums, and available options to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update renewal status in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly renewal targets and improve customer retention.
• Resolve customer queries and provide support throughout the renewal process.
