About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
Managing the exclusive talent roster and forging partnerships with various
agencies.
Understanding the unique selling points (USPs) of each creator under our
management.
Developing tailored strategies based on the clientele of each agency and our
exclusive talent roster.
Responsible for maximizing the overall revenue generated by our talent roster.
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and brands.
Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users.
Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that
work across different channels.
Required Skills
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances, partnerships, and influencer marketing.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, talent management teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within the insurance industry by leveraging existing networks and building new ones.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on product offerings, pricing structures, and distribution channels.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in agency sales or a related field (e.g., business development).
- Proven track record of success in developing strategic alliances and partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry landscape, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
