Metarise is a Canada-based performance marketing agency serving clients globally. We help businesses generate consistent leads through Ads, lead generation systems, and CRM automation.

We are looking for an organized, driven individual who wants to learn how a marketing agency runs from the inside and grow with us. You'll manage day-to-day agency operations and make sure every client receives a professional, seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, from welcome communication to campaign launch

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients

• Manage our CRM, including pipelines, follow-ups, and lead tracking

• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of work

• Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and workspaces for agency operations

• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting

What We're Looking For

• A strong willingness to learn and grow alongside a growing business

• Genuine interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and how businesses grow

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Organized, proactive, and reliable- someone who takes ownership

• Comfortable learning and using tools such as Notion, Miro, GHL, CRMs, and AI tools

• Available to work 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday

Preferred (Not Required)

• Basic understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels

• Completed a digital marketing course

• Prior experience in a marketing agency, customer support, or operations role

Compensation

• 25,000 – 30,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives
