* Recruit, manage, and develop agency partners to drive business growth.

* Generate new business leads through field visits and local market activities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and customers.

* Promote company financial products and explain their benefits to customers.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and support business development activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

*Candidate Requirements*

* Minimum 6 months of field sales experience in any industry.

* Presentable candidates with good communication and convincing skills preferred.

* Local candidates will be given preference.

* Candidates currently pursuing graduation are also eligible.

*Salary Package*
