Agency Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling life insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-9 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in an agency management role.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, and other types of non-life insurance products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business through effective relationship-building skills.
