Job Title: Agency Development Manager

Education: Graduation/ Post Graduate or MBA from a reputed University / Institute

Location: Mumbai

Eligibility: 4-8 years of relevant experience

Main Priorities:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute worksite activities across East branches in line with zonal priorities.

- Ensure new distributors are productive through structured activation plans and early business momentum.

- Design innovative customer engagement initiatives to drive branch walk-ins and prospect interaction.

- End-to-end ownership of event management activities including planning, execution, and post-event follow-through.

- Conduct detailed Branch Catchment Area Mapping to identify high-potential pockets.

- Drive structured outdoor and local activation activities for sustained lead build-up.

- Align activities with branch and distribution goals to maximize reach and visibility.

- Own the complete Leads Input-to-Output funnel, ensuring quality, aging control, and conversion hygiene.

- Work closely with branches and distribution to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.

- Ensure achievement of Leads and Coding targets at a Zonal level.

- Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions through targeted engagement and activity planning.

- Enable FLS effectiveness through joint calls, recruitment training, activity support, and best-practice sharing.
