Role & responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
• Train, motivate, and develop agents to improve productivity.
• Drive sales of health insurance products through the agency channel.
• Conduct regular meetings and field activities with agents.
• Support agents in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy conversion.
• Monitor agent performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in field sales will be preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Agency Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Direct Sales, or Field Sales.
