Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage agency development by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with agents, and increasing sales revenue.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the health agency's general insurance business through direct sales, field sales, and agent recruitment.
  
• Provide training and support to agents on motor insurance, life insurance, and other products to improve their skills and knowledge.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
