Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets in health insurance products through agency channel.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth, including tied channel development and field sales activities.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  
• Monitor agent performance, provide training and coaching as needed, and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
