Agency Manager- Ghatkopar

Role & responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents as per company guidelines.
• Train, motivate, and develop agents to sell insurance products effectively.
• Drive sales through the agency channel to achieve premium and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and joint sales calls with agents.
• Monitor agent performance and productivity on a regular basis.
• Support agents in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy closing.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, BFSI, or agency channel management.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Good communication and team-building abilities.
