Agency Manager Agency officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of insurance products to existing clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling insurance policies to new customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• MBA Fresher with 0-2 years of experience in banking sales, BFSI sales, CASA sales, field sales, or insurance sales.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
