Location: Bhopal | Industry: Insurance & Financial Services | Full-Time
Speedy Finvest is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agency Development Partner (ADP) to drive business growth by recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team of insurance advisors and financial consultants. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for relationship management, and a drive for business development, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, onboard and performance support to insurance advisors and financial consultants
- Develop and manage a productive distribution network to achieve business targets
- Drive sales of Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Financial Products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Business Development
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and manage teams effectively
- Existing network in the local market preferred
