Agency Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales revenue through partnerships with insurance companies.
• Manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals that drive growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-13 years of experience in channel sales or related field (insurance industry preferred).
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including products, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
