The Agency Channel Manager for Tamilnadu will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with agency partners in the region. This role involves recruiting new partners, providing training, and ensuring that agency partners meet their performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with agency partners in Tamilnadu.
• Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand the channel.
• Provide training and support to agency partners to enhance their performance.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of agency partners to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies for agency partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with agency partners to review goals and provide feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-6 years of experience in channel management or sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners.
• Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of agency management systems and CRM tools is a plus.
