Agency Channel - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Recruitment & Sourcing: Hire, contract, and continuously expand a network of tied agents, financial advisors, or channel partners.
• Training & Enablement: Train agents on product USPs, sales processes, regulatory compliance (such as IRDA guidelines), and digital tools.
• Target Achievement & Sales Driving: Motivate and guide agents to generate daily/monthly sales, close policies, and meet business volume goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular review meetings (PRPs - Performance Review and Planning), track agent activity, and manage policy persistence/retention to ensure team profitability.
• Field Support: Accompany agents on field sales visits, client pitches, and post-sales service or claim assistance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduation
• Experience: 1 to 5+ years of experience in sales, BFSI, insurance, banking, or field sales.

• Key Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team handling and leadership abilities
• Target-driven mindset and local market knowledge
• Willingness to travel for field activities.
