Role & responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
• Train and motivate advisors on products, sales processes, and business development strategies.
• Generate business through the agency channel and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide field support to advisors during customer meetings and sales closures.
• Monitor advisor performance and productivity regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales, agency sales, direct sales, or financial services.
• Experience in team handling and advisor recruitment is preferred.
• Undergraduate qualification will be eligible
