Agency Channel Branch Manager - Life Insurance Co

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of managers to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
• Develop and implement strategies for agency development, tied channel management, and APC (Agency Channel) growth.
• Oversee daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

Job Requirements :

• 12-25 years of experience in life insurance industry with expertise in agency channel management.
• Proven track record in developing successful agencies through effective recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Strong understanding of tied channel distribution models and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
