After Sales Service Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The After-Sales Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Strategi s machines at customer sites. The role involves close interaction with clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Desired Profile:

• Familiarity with industrial automation tools and equipment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation, commission, and testing of automation machines at customer sites

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate efficiently.

• Educate customers on proper machine usage, maintenance procedures, and best practices

• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design and functionality.

• Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to the engineering and design teams to help improve machine design and reliability

• Document service activities, including reports and technical documentation.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in industrial automation or machinery.
