Responsibilities

• Support customers via calls emails
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate product-related support
• Resolve issues including returns, repairs, and order tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams ensure customer satisfaction

Key skills

• Strong Knowledge of Musical Instruments Studio Equipment - Good understanding of musical instruments, pro-audio, studio equipment, and their basic technical functioning, with the ability to troubleshoot common customer issues and provide accurate product-related support.
• Strong in communication and problem-solving
• Customer-focused by default
• CRM experience is a bonus (Zoho or equivalent)
