After Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide after sales support to customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Troubleshoot issues with medical devices and equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by providing timely resolutions, effective communication, and proactive issue prevention.

Job Requirements :

• 1-13 years of experience in after sales engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical device technology and servicing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
